Peice of cake uncle Carz. The thermostat housing is located on the underside of the water pump housing and is attached with 2 10mm headed bolts.
Make sure that the coolant is cold before you undo these to gain access to the thermostat. The new thermostat should have an "o" ring that has a slot in its inner circumference and the thermostat slips into it providing a seal to both sides of the housing. Refit as removed, and job done. Dont forget to refill it tho! Hope this helps. To quote the holy book "refitting is the reverse of removal". The bit that takes the longest is bleeding the system afterwards!
